A Fellow of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management, Qualified Pension Trustee and Chartered Banker. Jeff was formerly Head of Employee Benefits for Howden Ireland, leading a team servicing a diverse range of multinational and domestic clients. Before Howden he was Executive Board Advisor to the Asinta Employee Benefits Network, and Director and Head of Life & Pensions at Glennon Employee Benefits — bringing extensive employee benefits advisory and management experience alongside a background in private banking.

Outside work, a father of four and a doctor of geology, Jeff is a keen outdoorsman who can be found walking his dogs around the sunny south east — and a devoted fan of North Indian regional cuisine.

A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Associate of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management and Qualified Pension Trustee. Davin was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Arachas Employee Benefits, part of the Ardonagh Group, leading a team working with multinational employers and corporate domestic clients on their benefits and wellness programmes. A past President of the Irish Institute of Pensions Management, he continues to serve as a Director and Council member, and has sat on the Global Employee Benefits Council at the Worldwide Broker Network, the Assurex EMEA EB group, and the Brokerslink EB management team.

Outside work, a father of two, Davin is on an as-yet-unsuccessful mission to convert his daughters to Star Trek, Stargate and Star Wars — and shares Jeff's taste for spicy food, chilli-eating challenges included.
